Service · Small-series 3D printing
Functional printed parts, from one-off to small batch.
Once a design is ready for limited production, Studio Besselink can prepare, verify and manufacture repeatable printed parts in small quantities.
The geometry, material and intended use are reviewed first, and an initial part can be checked before releasing the remaining quantity.
Typical requirements
When 3D printing is a useful production method.
- A validated prototype is ready for a limited production quantity.
- Custom brackets, covers, adapters or fixtures are required in low volumes.
- Related part variants can be generated from a controlled parametric model.
- Conventional tooling would be disproportionate to the expected quantity or product stage.
Scope
What the work can include.
File review
Assess geometry, interfaces and identifiable production risks before manufacture.
Production preparation
Adapt print-sensitive details and define a repeatable part and revision reference.
First-part verification
